According to Tony Mollica, this is the last of the 22'6" series boats built and the only model 19 for 1941. In fact only two 22'6"" boats wer made that year. This one was delivered to Obexers Boat Company on Lake Tahoe that year and has never been off the lake. The boat is very original and I believe it has never been taken to bare wood. We Installed the Scripps 152 back in 1996, the original having been removed and replaced with a small V-8. Additional upgrades were an epoxy glass bottom in 2004 and fresh leather upholstery. If you want a small Gar Wood 3 cockpit, this is the boat.
