Matheson was one of many, small boat builders in the Port Carling area of Ontario. Built from 1906 to 1924, They exhibit the same high build standards as seen on the more famous brands such as Minett and Ditchburn. Matheson formed the basis for the Duke Boat Company. Sierra Boat originally restored this boat in the late 70's. It has been maintained to high standards and recently had the decks stripped and re-varnished. The bottom is fiberglassed by Sierra. Comes on a custom trailer.
