Gar wood only built post war boats in 1946 and 1947. The commodore was their large runabout model and is considered by many to be one of the best looking runabouts ever designed, the product of industrial designer Norman Bel Geddes. This boat has a new, west system bottom and modern power. It is a wonderful boat to drive.
