This is a rare, 1000 Islands Launch built by George Miller in Clayton NY. It was originally owed by a Donald Wood of Hickory Island. This boat was originally restored by us in the early 90's and has been maintained in excellent condition. The bottom is fiberglassed. All wood on the boat is original except the transom. The boat is cedar planked with Mahogany decks and transom. Burgundy leather upholstery. The Scripps engine is from a later period, but gives excellent, reliable performance. This is an unusually fast and seaworthy boat and can be used comfortably on larg lakes, were rough water handling and speed are a necessity. Attractively priced for quick sale.
